The Crown will strive to provide a culinary experience that is innovative and exceptional. Even the most sophisticated palate will be delighted with creative variations on traditional Pacific Rim cuisine.

Chef Eric Smith is a graduate of the Coach House Culinary apprenticeship. Following graduation, he spent 13 years in Chicago working under multiple James Beard award winning chefs and ultimately launching his own restaurant concepts. Chef Eric returned to the OKC culinary scene a decade ago and is currently executive chef and managing partner of The Crown, The Crown Room and Pachinko Parlor.

Smith will take his expertise to create a menu that is constantly updating and changing to take full advantage of the unique flavors available throughout the world. The Crown will commit to serving delectable entrees prepared with only the freshest ingredients, along with signature sushi rolls, sashimi and cocktails.
